Root Musik Terms and Services

1. Services Provided

Root Musik offers custom and personalized music composition and production services for individuals and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom song creation

  • Audio branding

  • Sound engineering and mixing

  • DJ services

  • Licensing and full ownership of produced content

2. Ownership and Rights

All music produced by Root Musik is fully owned by the client upon final payment. Root Musik does not retain any copyright, and the client has full control over distribution, commercial use, and modification.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due when the order is placed.

  • Prices are quoted based on project specifications and may vary.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Revisions and Modifications

  • Clients are entitled to a maximum of two (2) revisions per song.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

  • Major changes outside the original scope of the project will require a new agreement.

5. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders will be delivered within 24 hours of the order time.

  • If Root Musik fails to deliver within this timeframe, the client is entitled to a full refund.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear instructions and necessary materials for production.

  • Approve or request revisions in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all provided content (e.g., lyrics, references) does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Refund Policy

  • If Root Musik fails to deliver the final product within the stated 24-hour timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the project is delivered on time, no refund will be provided.

  • If Root Musik fails to deliver the final product due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered.

8. Confidentiality

Root Musik respects the privacy of its clients and will not share project details without prior consent. However, we may request permission to showcase completed projects for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Root Musik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for the usage and distribution of the final product.

10. Termination of Services

Root Musik reserves the right to terminate a project if a client violates these Terms, engages in unethical conduct, or fails to make agreed-upon payments.

11. Changes to Terms

Root Musik reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
